Delivery of the ISEE introductory programme to residents of the grassroot community anchor, The Greengrass Centre. Residents were those who had been identified by the centre manager as at risk of becoming NEET or were already long term unemployed. Using our strength based programmes we led residents through our ISEE programme to nudge them closer to employment or self-employment.
